As we turn the final page on 2020—a year that brought unprecedented obstacles—we embark on another lap around the sun filled with more unknowns. But rather than feeling like we’re stuck on repeat, we can approach the next school semester like it’s the second ending—where we’re playing the same song, but being led to something that sounds, looks, and feels new. The first ending familiarized us with the challenges. Just like any other new year, we still have an opportunity to apply all that we learned the year prior—to reinvent routines, refresh our minds, and remind ourselves of what’s really important.
