Description
The original setting for chorus and keyboard of the "Tui sun coeli" from Psalm 88 (Vulgate) vv. 12, 15a was completed by Franz Joseph Haydn (1732-1809) between 1796 and 1799. Alternate titles include: "Aus dem Danklied zu Gott," Hob. XXVc: 8 and "Du bist's, dem Ruhm und Ehre gebühret." Subtitled "Offertorium zu Weihnachten und Neujahr." This arrangement by August Hoeglauer is for SATB chorus, strings (4-4-3-3-3 in set), and optional organ. Condensed score/Piano-Conductor included in the set. Choral score available separately through distributor, Alfred. Individual chorus parts also available directly from the publisher, Kalmus, upon request. May also be performed with organ accompaniment only from the choral score. Reprint edition.
