Description
Three Medieval Carols are from the repertoire of early music for the Christmas season performed by the West Side Madrigalists. It is recommended that the solo lines be assigned to voices that are appropriate to the simple, plainsong style of the music of the period. In addition to the finger cymbals, a drum and/or recorder would not be inappropriate. The earliest known manuscript for Nova, Nova, the third song in the set, is Glasgow.
