Description
Spanish composer Manuel de Falla wrote the Fantasia Bætica in 1919. First performed by the pianist Arthur Rubinstein in New York on February 20, 1920, to whom the work was dedicated, it is inspired by Andalusian dance tradition and flamenco singing.
