Description
This aptly named solo is an excellent study in chromatics and is a fun jazz experience as well. In C minor, it begins with an ostinato bass line that is used throughout much of the piece. The melody is found in the right hand and features both triplets and chromatics. The repetition of both melodic and rhythmic figures in the right hand and the ostinato left hand aids in learning and memorizing this piece.
