Description
Dave and Jean Perry have taken three delightful poems from Robert Louis Stevenson's famed "A Child's Garden of Verses" and created this charming set available exclusively for 2-part choirs. The musical imagery is remarkable; from the lilting back and forth motion of The Swing, to the precocious melody of Looking Forward, and the flowing, river-like piano accompaniment in Where Go the Boats? A truly sophisticated, yet accomplishable set of pieces for young choirs at concerts, festivals, or adjudications. May be performed individually or as a set.
