I was the only bass clarinet player in my band and I always got so excited whenever we reached the Stairway to Heaven part cuz only I got to play that beautiful beginning. Where my bass clarinet players at ✊🏼🤘🏼

We played this song my freshman year, and I was a little percussionist playing the suspended cymbal part. I graduated high school today, section leader of the drumline, going to college for jazz drumset (and engineering), loving Led Zeppelin songs, capable of playing most of them now, and YouTube kindly put this song in my recommendations

I remember playing this song for my junior year and... now I miss the old band that I still had, but I know I have to keep moving forward with what I have now.

I can't decide if Kashmir or Stairway to Heaven is better. Stairway sounds great, but the French horn part in Kashmir is so good!

Would always play this in band class during my senior years of middle school. Even played this on stage once before. We played it so much it became second nature to us, so much so that other pieces proved too much for us despite being much simpler than this. Time can fly by so fast
