meanwhile I'm a vibraphone getting stuck with the flute part... still a great song though.

I think there's a misprint in the bass part. Measure 89, count 4 is a quarter note F. I believe it should be a quarter note G. The bass player on the recording plays the measure as Db Ab G C, so he/she is following the chord progression, but not the part exactly as written.
