Played this my first year being in band/orchestra for my very first concert, my 7th grade year, back in 2009. This was the first song I was able to find the melody in on the trumpet and play on my own, and I was so proud of myself. I still get the tune stuck in my head all these years later 🎺❤

I played this in sixth grade second concert. I memorized it on bass, snare, bells, sleigh bell, and trumpet. Just a beautiful masterpiece

Tbh this doesn't feel the same as when my band does it. I can't tell if it's the lack of altos and clarinets but it's a lot louder and less trumpet and flute reliant the way we do it. Still an amazing piece though!

I loved playing this song and I feel like all of my fellow 6th grade friends that are now moving on to 7th grade loved it as well. Shout out to my band teacher Mr. Johnson

I played snare for this part but there were three snare players and only two snares so two of us had to share a snare and we played on almost opposite beats

This song is my favorite because I always practice it at my house and tomorrow I am going to play this song to my family. When I am at my school (Cashman Middle School) I would yell out "yes, ok everybody needs to play it right this time ok" and they say ok but they don't do sh*t like what the f***.
