Description
Dave Brubeck made a spectacular leap into fame with his excursions into jazz music that utilized different meters. During that earlier period it was rather daring, though now it's commonplace. Arranger Chuck Sayre has taken three of Dave Brubeck's most famous pieces and has given us a fine medley that includes 'Take Five,' 'Blue Rondo a La Turk' and 'Unsquare Dance.' This work will challenge, but the effort will be worthy of the music. (4:13)
