Bow to String by Daníel Bjarnason was originally composed as a studio piece for multi-layered cellos, all played by Sæunn Thorsteinsdóttir on the album Processions. For live performance Bjarnason developed numerous versions that can be performed in various settings. This edition is the version for Solo Cello and Tape. The piece is in three movements and is moving from loud to quiet, from earthly to the ethereal.
