We played this for our winter concert. THE hardest piece I've played and that our teacher has given an 8th grade class.
This was my favorite middle school song, we got superior in MPA, and I named my chicken Boreas.
Starting either my 7th or 8th grade year, this song accidentally became a tradition for our holiday concerts. I've played it every year up to my senior year.
I love this piece! As a violist, it's easy to feel jealous of the other parts, but this piece makes me really proud to play viola ❤️❤️
I love how in this it's so easy to hear the second violins and go along with it. Most of the time you can't hear them, then when I need to know how a part sounds, it's harder to find it.
Sight read this just now. The triplets caught me off guard.
I played this for my winter concert in 7th grade as a viola. It was definitely hard but so beautiful and worth it.
This is easy as a cellist. I'm an 8th grader playing in a mostly high school orchestra. (My school has electives based on skill, not age, so that's why I'm in a class of mostly high schoolers.)
I'm playing this in my orchestra. Advanced orchestra (but only because of winter break). I've played this piece before, so it was pretty easy. Concert in February.
We played this in 8th grade. I miss this piece >.>
The triplets for the violins sound like snowflakes!
I'm about to play this song tomorrow for a concert. It's really fun, and I enjoy playing the really fast parts.
Bro, us violists finally got to use our C string.
