Pride of the Grenadiers: E-flat Alto Clarinet

Pride of the Grenadiers is a tour-de-force for the concert band, featuring brass fanfares and woodwind flourishes throughout the opening processional. A reverent lyrical movement represents the band's Rochambeau ceremony while the multi-meter final movement provides a playful theme which is used in combination with the other thematic material, bringing the piece to a powerful and energetic conclusion.
