Open Purchase Orders

Alfred Music supports open purchase orders for schools, allowing you to submit a PO upfront and order against it multiple times until the balance is used up — no need to submit a new PO with each order.

How to Get Started

1. Create a School Account
   • You'll need a school account before submitting an open PO. Sign up here if you haven't already.
2. Submit Your Open PO
   • Fill out the form below and upload your PO document.
   • Our team will review and set up your account within 1–2 business days.

Placing Orders Against Your Open PO

Once your open PO is set up, select the Open Purchase Order payment method at checkout to place an order against your available balance. Each order draws down the balance until the PO is fully used.
