Darin Lewis

Darin Lewis holds a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from Yale University, a Master’s degree in Composition from the City College of New York, where he studied with David Del Tredici, and a Doctorate in Music Education from Boston University. Dr. Lewis has composed over 100 works, ranging from large-scale symphonic and choral works, to a large number of sacred octavos. His works have been performed throughout the U.S. and Europe, including premieres at Carnegie Hall, and by the Boston Pops. As a frequently commissioned composer, Dr. Lewis’ works are making their way onto State and Competition repertoire lists. He is a clinician for WorldStrides Festivals.
