Daniel Grassi

Conductor, clinician, arranger, and music educator Daniel J. Grassi (b. 1970) is the Director of Worship and Creative Arts at NorthCreek Church in Walnut Creek, California, where he oversees adult and student choral and instrumental ensembles. Daniel is the (twin brother of Alfred Music arranger Thomas Grassi), and is passionate about choral artistry, music technology, and worship studies.

Daniel has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music from San Diego Christian College and a Master of Arts in Music Education from San José State University. Daniel is continuing his PhD studies in Music Education at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina. His research focusses on the

development of learner assessments and program curricula in non-accredited, church-based worship schools. He resides in Clayton, California, with his wife, Thelma, and their two daughters.
