Adam Podd

Adam Podd  is a Brooklyn-based music director, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger. He has worked with some of the top artists and organizations in his field including The National Symphony Orchestra, The Boston Pops, New York Pops, Houston Symphony, Idina Menzel, Megan Hilty, Darlene Love, James Monroe Iglehart, Macy’s Entertainment, and The Young People’s Chorus of New York City in such venues as Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, Symphony Space, New World Stages, and others. Adam is currently Music Director and choral conductor at First Unitarian Church in Brooklyn, where he regularly creates and develops new arrangements for their worship services, finding the common ground between sacred and secular material for a new and refreshing take on choral church music for First Unitarian’s progressive congregation.  Adam works closely with his twin brother Matt Podd on countless musical projects and endeavors, including their band Mimi & the Podd Brothers.
