Returns

As alfred.com offers the most up-to-date product information, sample pages, and audio files to help you make an informed purchasing decision, we will only accept returns in the following two instances:

  1. The product you received is defective or damaged.

  2. What we shipped does not match what you ordered.

In both cases, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your shipment to report the defective, damaged, or incorrect items, which we will happily replace at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns without prior approval, so please contact us first so that we can suggest the best solution as quickly as possible.

Ordering FAQs

1. Order Modifications

We are unable to add to or modify orders once they have been submitted.

2. Shipping

We offer a $3.99 flat rate budget shipping option (Media Mail), and a $5.99 flat rate standard shipping option (UPS Ground) within the contiguous United States. For shipping outside of the contiguous United States and rush shipping, charges are automatically calculated based on weight and location. Orders ship from our warehouse Monday - Friday (except holidays). Orders shipped by UPS will only deliver on business days.

3. Purchase Orders

Alfred Music does not accept purchase orders at this time. If using a purchase order, please work directly with your preferred music retailer.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Payment Options

We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept purchase orders at this time.

6. International Orders

Ordering via alfred.com is only available in the US and Canada at this time. For UK and Germany orders, please visit the following websites:

For all other international orders, please contact your preferred music retailer or select the "Purchase from a Retailer" option on the shopping cart page. 

6. Availability

Product availability is subject to change.

7. Tax Exemption

We do not currently offer tax exempt orders.
