Things to consider

Start with "I Can Read Music, Volume 1" for your instrument if you're new to note reading; Volume 2 and higher grades build naturally from there. The ensemble pieces work best once your students have completed Volume 1 or equivalent preparation. Many titles include online audio or PDF access, which helps students hear correct intonation and tempo while practicing independently.
