Things to consider
Start with Lesson Book 1A if teaching a young beginner, or the Adult All-in-One Course if your student is 16 or older. Pair your lesson book with the matching theory book at the same level to reinforce fundamentals consistently. If your student needs technique reference outside of lessons, The Complete Book of Scales, Chords, Arpeggios & Cadences pairs well with any method level.
