Description
SONATA NO. 2 in G Major, Op. 13 is the second of three sonatas for violin by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg (1843-1907). Composed in 1867, soon after his marriage to Nina Hagerup, the work is dedicated to Johan S. Svendsen. It bears the unmistakable influence of Norwegian folk music. This Masters reprint edition is edited by Maxim Jacobsen.
