This collection of three short pieces by the French impressionist Clause Debussy (1862-1918) includes the following: Le Petit Berger (The Little Shepherd) from Children's Corner; En Bateau from Petite Suite; Menuet from Petite Suite. Originally transcribed for violin and piano by Gaston Choisnel, these transcriptions for flute have been completed by Adolph Hennebains (Le Petit Berger) and Léopold Lafleurance (En Bateau and Menuet).
