Positioning: Men in center, gals on either side w/pom poms (opt.) doing "bookend" movements towards and away from guys. If only 1 pom pom per gal, then ......................................... put in outside hand.

 

INTRO Men in huddle center, then comb hair to R w/R, repeat L (opt. rough-house).

Gals face out, face in, fists (opt. pom poms) up 4X, down 4X.

GUYS

MEAS. 5 Lean R w/R thumb in, lean L w/L thumb in, muscle pose, and drop.

M9 - repeat R thumb, L thumb, R index up, open and drop.

M13 - both thumbs in while leaning back, high 5 w/neighbor or other punch in

air on fun. M15 - comb hair R, comb hair L.

MEAS. 17 R thumb and freeze, L thumb and freeze.

M21 - punch R fist, punch L fist, roll arms 2X, R point to head, R muscle arm.

M23 - R lasso, into opera pose front w/hands clasped.

MEAS. 25 R thumb and freeze, L thumb and freeze. Repeat.

M33 - both thumbs in, high 5, comb R, comb L.

 

MEAS. 37 Into huddle, come out of huddle w/claps and fist in air 2X. Repeat.

MEAS. 45 Bounce 4X to R, 4X to L, cross arms front "Mr. Clean" on No! Freeze.

M51 - comb R, comb L.

 

MEAS. 53 Repeat as before thru M80.

MEAS. 81 Both thumbs in, high 5. Huddle. Both thumbs in and high 5. Gather into one

groups "brotherhood" look on tonight!

M89 - Freeze. Both thumbs in, end w/high 5 or cool group/muscle poses.

GALS

MEAS. 5 "Listen" pose w/palms facing out over shoulder, faint on beat 4. Listen, faint.

Listen w/pulse (opt.) 4X. Repeat all. M13 - freeze listen pose. Fists up 4X,

down 4X.

MEAS. 17 Listen, scoop in and out. Repeat. Lean back, counting off attributes. React on

w/arms in air on their rest in M24 "Whew!"

MEAS. 25 Repeat as before. M30 - hold hands under face and tilt head R, L, R, L.

M31 - listen, then salute w/inside hand, drop towards guys on boys.

Fists up 4X, down 4X.

 

MEAS. 37 Hold hands under face and tilt head R, L, R, L, bounce low. Repeat, pointing

inside hand high over head to guys and freeze.

MEAS. 45 Fists cross, to shoulders, up, to shoulders. Repeat. Lean forward w/palms

out. Palms into chest on we.

M49 - point inside hand high over head, flip to palm up. Repeat fists.

 

MEAS. 53 Repeat as before thru M80.

MEAS. 81 Listen during rests. Fists up 4X, down 4X. Listen. Fists up 4X, down 4X.

M89 - hold hands under face, point (pom pom) up and over to guys.
