Alfred Music Publishing congratulates the winners of the 39th Annual American Music Awards®, including Foo Fighters for “Favorite Alternative Rock Artist,” Lady Antebellum for “Favorite Country Group,” and Katy Perry’s “Award of Achievement” honor for being the first female pop singer to have five No. 1 singles off one album. The AMAs, music’s biggest party, aired live on ABC and was held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on November 20, 2011.

Foo Fighters were honored last night with the “Favorite Artist” award in the Alternative Rock Music Category.
