Alfred Music Publishing, the official print music publisher of thousands of popular artists, proudly congratulates the winners of the 44th annual Country Music Awards, including Brad Paisley for “Entertainer of the Year,” Blake Shelton for “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Musical Event of the Year,” and Lady Antebellum for “Vocal Group of the Year” and “Single of the Year.”

Brad Paisley has now won 14 CMA Awards throughout his career, including “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Musical Event of the Year” in 2009, and adding this year’s award for “Entertainer of the Year.” Continuing to dominate the country music scene with the smooth vocals and virtuosic guitar playing, he has hit a home run with this latest album, American Saturday Night. Alfred is proud to feature Paisley in numerous sheet music editions, including piano/vocal editions of “Then” from American Saturday Night and “Waitin’ On A Woman” from Time Well Wasted, as well as several country hits folios for piano, voice, and guitar.

Blake Shelton garnered two awards at the show for his hit song, “"Hillbilly," including “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Musical Event of the Year.” Having achieved his first mainstream success in 2001 with the hit single, “Austin,” Shelton has gone on to garner seventeen singles on the country charts, including seven No. 1 hits. Alfred proudly carries original sheet music editions to four of his hit singles, including “I’ll Just Hold On,” “All About Tonight,” “She Wouldn’t Be Gone,” and his country cover of Michael Bublé’s “Home,” each arranged for piano and voice, including chords for guitar.

Forming in 2006, Lady Antebellum has rapidly become one of the hottest country groups today. They have now won consecutive awards for “Vocal Group of the Year,” as well as “Single of the Year,” following up their 2009 winning song “I Run to You” with this year’s hit number, “Need You Now.” Alfred is pleased to offer over a dozen original sheet music editions and arrangements of their acclaimed albums, Lady Antebellum and Need You Now, plus several of their hit singles. This year’s winning song, “Need You Now” is available in various difficulty levels for piano and voice, as well as a specially-arranged version for Concert Band.
