Patrick W. Murch graduated from the University of South Carolina with
a Bachelors in Music Composition. He is the winner of the MTNA Music Composition
Contest for South Carolina (1996) and has written many compositions for
full orchestra, string orchestra, and chamber works. Mr. Murch is the
principal violist in the Anderson Symphony Orchestra. He is currently
a middle school teacher in South Carolina where he is the orchestra director.
