Francis L. Biletzky received his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from
the Juilliard School, and his Master of Arts in Music Education from Columbia
University. He has taught orchestra in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Biletzky
is a board member of the N. Y. S. School Music Association, an adjudicator
at festivals and competitions, and a past member of ASTA. He enjoys playing
chamber music and is a current member of the local symphony in Illinois.
