Claire D. Clark has over 30 years of experience in the field of music education, educating people of all ages in both the private piano studio and the classroom environment. She holds degrees from University of Georgia, University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and the Guildhall School of Music in London, where she studied as a Rotary Scholar. She served as author for Kindermusik International for five years, creating multiple curricular products. Having previously taught and/or accompanied at the North Carolina School of the Arts, UNC-G, the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, and Greensboro College, she currently teaches early childhood music classes at the Cultural Arts Center of Greensboro, North Carolina. She is also currently active as a Handbell Choir Director and as the accompanist for the Choral Society of Greensboro. Mrs. Clark and co-author Dena C. Adams have created several volumes of music education materials, conducted preschool workshops, and served as consultants on various education products.
