Barry Braman holds a B.A. degree from San Jose State University and a
M.C.M. degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently
the Minister of Music at Shady Oaks Baptist Church in Hurst, TX. He is
also affiliated with the prestigious ASCAP organization. Mr. Braman is
the author of the popular The Baptist Hymnal (1991); he receives
the ASCAP Standard Award every year for this musical feat.
